DELIVERY
Our delivery service is available in London and the home counties.
Deliveries are made on a kerbside basis, meaning your order is dropped on the most accessible kerb, closest to your home. Our drivers are not insured or required to carry your order onto your property/site. Persons must be present to offload the order.
Deliveries are fulfilled by Fulham Timber Merchants Ltd.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Green zone, £18.00 including VAT
Yellow zone, £24.00 including VAT
Orange zone, £48.00 including VAT
Red zone, £96.00 including VAT
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, customers are responsible for the transportation of refunds.
We can collect goods requiring a refund, however, a transportation charge (same as delivery charge for your delivery zone) and a handling charge of 15% of the order value will apply.
We offer a no quibble collect and replace service for all damaged or incorrectly delivered goods. Damaged or incorrectly delivered items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement/refund.
Refunds can be requested by emailing us a return request to sales@justdecking.co.uk.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
